As one of the first taverns founded in 1983 by Michael and Maria, we have lived through many events over the last 40 years. My parents have always emphasized their passion for the restaurant which does not go unnoticed by all of our customers. We bring Cypriot cuisine to your table in a family run environment. The flavours and tastes are diverse, embracing a bounty of the freshest ingredients from the local products made on our beautiful island.
This is their life passion which they have endowed me with, their youngest son, George. Now it is my mission to raise the bar, to elevate traditional Cypriot cooking and revive its international eminence. Cooking is our profession but it’s also our life desire, our cuisine reflects a fusion of Mediterranean gastronomy. We always strive to restore its glorious reputation and for decades we have made this our goal.
